Through the Divel ConneXion Mentorship Program (DCMP), primarily offered online, we create a nurturing and supportive environment where women can connect with mentors who offer guidance, encouragement, and the tools needed for personal and professional development. The program provides a space for self-building exercises and collaborative dialogues that allow participants to learn from diverse perspectives and gain valuable insights. By fostering meaningful connections, we help women newcomers build confidence, embrace new opportunities, and successfully integrate into their new communities.

In addition to mentorship, Divel ConneXion Inc. also provides a safe space for women newcomers to explore and address their experiences of trauma, fostering healing and cultivating optimism for a fulfilling and meaningful future.
